Very creative!
I can't give it a perfect score, as the sound and game play were a bit limited (after reading past posts, I think it would be redundant for me to elucidate), however, what I took from the game was a very unique experience that made me think. For that, this game deserves quite a bit of praise.
Review aside, what I took from it was an analysis of mob mentality. People will rally one way or the other so long as it is an extreme. Either its everything one way or the other, never a well balanced approach.
What our protagonist (antagonist?) proposed was conflict (all or nothing), but when he proposed peace (the gray middle ground) the people wouldn't hear it.
Moral of the story? People en mass hate Gandhi. ;P
Great job!

A step forward
Played directly on the heels of the first game, I certainly found this to be a step up in many ways. Implementing a story, the game certainly does more to pull you in. The sound bits are good to create the aforementioned ambiance, and the coding was also improved. I stand by the same things I wrote for the first in terms of what I particularly liked about it, but in short, the artwork is perhaps the key trait to the series.
My only complaint here is the sudden, anticlimactic ending. While I do understand that this and the third most likely tie directly together, I would like have seen something to wrap this installment up, if even a To Be Continued. Still, once more, this is a minor concern amidst a solid package of very good qualities.
All in all, still very cool, and in many ways an improvement to the series.

Very Cool
I particularly loved the art design. The character had a distinct personality projected particularly well for having no dialogue or general actions.
Understanding in advance the nature of the game, I went into it not expecting more than an pleasant walk through the world you've craft, and got just that. I am undecided whether music would improve the ambiance, but I think it might have been a good idea.
My only complaint would be in the coding, as it did seem a little twitchy, which posed a problem when trying to jump from one platform to another, but this was only a minor issue. All in all, a very cool game.

Lol!
I have seen some parodies mocking Batman's superfluous voice, but no one has yet mocked the Jokers smacking. Great job! I Loled!

Lol!
I've never seen this show before, but you did a very good job blending what must have been clips with your own added animations. The dialogue had me cracking up. This was hilarious! Very good job.

Very good
I'm impressed. The animation was spot on for the show, and the voice overs were either proficiently manipulated presets from the show, or excellent voice acting. Great job!
